PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable suspending implement of a shopping basket for enabling the easy attachment and detachment of a shopping basket provided at shops to and from a rear part of a wheelchair. SOLUTION: The shopping basket suspending implement 100 for a wheelchair is equipped with a retaining part 1 for retaining the shopping basket K and a suspending part 2 which is mounted on the rear side of the wheelchair C to suspend the retaining part 1 on the rear side of the wheelchair C. The suspending part 2 described above is equipped with two string-shaped members. When the traveling direction of the wheelchair is considered as the front, and the opposite direction is considered as the rear, both end parts of one string-shaped member are connected to the left front and the left rear relative to the retaining part, and both end parts of the other string-shaped member are connected to the right front and right rear relative to the retaining part 1.
