A chair with a separated seat capable of responding to weight variation is provided to achieve more comfortable sitting feelings by responding to change in user's weight variation, and to prevent noise in use. A chair with a separated seat capable of responding to weight variation includes a backplate(100), a couple of seats(110), a couple of upper bases(120), a lower base(140), an elastic portion and a leg potion supporting the lower base. The elastic portion includes a pillar shaped elastic body, a bolt portion and a nut portion. The bolt portion has a head part that is depressed into the inside of the elastic body, and protrudes to both ends of the elastic body to penetrate an insertion hole of the upper and lower bases and protrude. The nut portion is coupled to the protruding bolt portion.
