A belt type rotary vibration exercising device is provided to be manufactured in a belt shape to enclose a human body and to be conveniently carried by having a vibration generating unit built therein. A belt type rotary vibration exercising device includes a vibration generating device(20) including a driving motor(22), two oscillators(23) and a power transmission portion(24). The oscillators are installed on both sides of the driving motor inside a fixing frame to receive the rotary force of the driving motor and to generate vibration. The vibration generating device is built in a body made in a belt shape. Driving shafts of the driving motor protrude to both sides of the driving motor. The power transmission portion includes two driving pulleys(241), driven pulleys and two power transmission belts(245).
