PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation device from an emergency such as a seismic sea wave or flood functioning for people in the neighborhood also at ordinary times other than the case of the emergency such as the seismic sea wave. SOLUTION: The evacuation device from the emergency such as the seismic sea wave or flood comprises posts erected from the ground side, an evacuation stage provided on the upper parts of the posts, and an ascending/descending means for ascending/descending to/from the evacuation stage.
