PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience for a player and to prevent decline in the sales in a game parlor. SOLUTION: A ball dispenser unit obtains the remaining amount for management from a management device and stores the obtained amount in a memory, and executes the ball dispensing process with the stored remaining amount when the ball dispenser unit is off-line (S533 and S534). The original data and an operation-system flag are recorded in a recording medium, and the remaining amount for management is specified from the original data and the operation-system flag to execute the off-line adjustment when an adjustment device is off-line.
