The unit (1) has an anchoring region (2), which extends over a part of length of the unit and serves for the anchorage of the unit in a building surface. The anchoring region is formed as an expansion bolt. A fastening region (3) extends over another part of length of the unit as the anchoring region and serves for the fastening of a heat-insulation plate at the unit, where the circumference of fastening region is greater than the anchoring region. The fastening region comprises a side delivery opening (11) for an adhesive. An independent claim is also included for a method for fastening a heat-insulation plate at a building surface.
