PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte which has excellent heat resistance, is not melted even at a high temperature and may surely exist in a cell, a lithium secondary cell equipped with the polymer electrolyte and a production process of the lithium secondary cell. SOLUTION: The lithium secondary cell adopts a polymer electrolyte comprising at least an acid polymer having a plurality of acidic groups, a basic compound having a valence of at least 2, which reacts with the acidic groups, thereby crosslinking the acid polymer, and an organic electrolyte with a lithium salt dissolved in an aprotic solvent, wherein the acid polymer is crosslinked by the basic compound, and the acid polymer is gelled by the organic electrolyte. |
