<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception number issuing system which can designate a specific counter responsible person and register reception order for each counter responsible person. <P>SOLUTION: The reception number issuing system is provided with; a display 22 which displays a plurality of service operations in a list form; a touch panel 23; an issuing part 24; notice units 31A-31C; and a management PC 10. In this case, the display 22 is composed to display, in a list form, a plurality of responsible persons who are responsible for respective service operations. The touch panel 23 is provided with a screen switch button for executing the operations for switching the display contents of the display 22 and is composed to execute a selection operation which selects a prescribed responsible person from among the plurality of responsible persons. The management PC 10 switches the display in a list form of the plurality of service operations displayed on the display 22 to the display in a list form of the plurality of responsible persons on the basis of the operation to the screen switch button. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
