PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for vicarious execution of a questionnaire by which multiple candidates of questionnaire can be collected efficiently and tabulation of the results of the questionnaire can be executed vicariously. SOLUTION: The system for vicarious execution of a questionnaire is provided with a personal database storing consumer's personal information, a questionnaire pollee extraction means extracting a questionnaire pollee from the personal database receiving screening information of the questionnaire pollee and questionnaire contents from an applicant for vicarious execution and using the screening information, a contents transmission means transmitting the questionnaire contents to the questionnaire pollee extracted by the questionnaire pollee extraction means, a receiving means of a response to the questionnaire from the questionnaire pollee who received the questionnaire contents, and a questionnaire tabulation means for tabulation of responses to questionnaires.
