PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way clutch capable of properly transmitting and breaking power without causing a roll-over phenomenon. SOLUTION: This two-way clutch is so structured that a roller 8 held by a holder 6 is installed between an outer ring 3 and an inner ring 4, cam surfaces 11a and 11b for bringing the roller 8 into contact with the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 4 to form a wedge are formed on the outer ring 3 side, and the cam surfaces are respectively formed for normal rotation and reverse rotation. |
