<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient charge quantity and to achieve a charging spray effect with excellent adhesion and the like utilizing a Coulomb force even when the spray quantity increases. <P>SOLUTION: A water base liquid is supplied to a charging spray head 10 arranged in a spray cooling block, dust prevention spray block, pesticide spray block, plant growth block or the like via piping, the liquid injected from the charging spray head 10 is deflected to an optional direction to form a film flow 56, is thereafter dividingly separated into a particle group flow 58 and sprayed, and is charged by applying external electric field to the vicinity of a dividing separation section P of the film flow 56. The charging spray head 10 includes a nozzle 40 injecting the liquid to the external space, a liquid side electrode 46 disposed inside the nozzle 40 and contacting the liquid, a deflector 42 deflecting the liquid emitted from the nozzle 40 to an optional direction to form the film flow 56 and thereafter dividingly separating it into the particle group flow 58 for spraying, and a dielectric electrode 48 disposed in the vicinity of the dividing separation section P of the film flow 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
