PURPOSE: Provided is an auctioning system by using public switched telephone network to effectively and rapidly progress auction. CONSTITUTION: In an auctioning system using a PSTN(public switched telephone network), by constructing an auctioning system with a broadcast system as the PSTN and an automatic answering system, it is possible to perform an auction by using far-reaching advertising effect of the broadcast system and use easiness of the automatic answering system, and it is possible to attract more efficiently people watching a broadcast to participate in the auction.
