In this invention, among two cover tape pull-in gears 28, 29 whereby a cover tape that has been pulled off from the upper surface of a parts supply tape 12 becomes sandwiched, the cover tape pull-in gear 28, on the lower side, and the axis 91 thereof have therebetween provided a one-way clutch 92 that allows for a rotation only in a positive direction that is the cover tape pull-in direction. A reverse rotation of each of the cover tape pull-in gears 28, 29 is prevented by the one-way clutch 92. In the engaging portions of the one-way clutch 92 and the cover tape pull-in gear 28, the frictional force between the engaging portions of the one-way clutch 92 and the cover tape pull-in gear 28 is adjusted in such a manner that the cover tape pull-in gear 28 slip-rotates in the reverse direction when a predetermined or greater rotational force in the reverse direction, which is greater than the force required for pulling off the cover tape, acts on the cover tape pull-in gear 28. |
