摘要 A novel method for quantifying nuclear medicine data. This method is characterized by comprising normalizing information obtained by nuclear medicine image data with the use of bone mineral contents (BMC) or bone mineral density (BMD). In some embodiments, use can be made of, as a substitute for conventionally employed SUV, SUVbone that is invented by the present inventor [SUVbone = {decay corrected radioactive quantity (kBq) in region of interest ÷ volume (ml) of area of interest}/{administrated radioactive quantity (kBq) ÷ bone mineral contents (g)} or SUVbone = {decay corrected radioactive quantity (kBq) in region of interest ÷ volume (ml) of area of interest}/{administrated radioactive quantity (kBq) ÷ bone mineral density (g/m2)}]. BMC or BMD may be estimated on the basis of the sex, age, height and body weight of a subject.
