A spring, in particular a leaf spring (5), for use in conjunction with a vehicle has a central region (6) which has a curvature with a first direction of curvature, and two edge regions (7). The leaf spring (5) has an apex point axis (11) running through the apex points (10) of the curvatures of the edge regions (7).
