FIELD: construction materials.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceiling plate and can be used in construction industry. Ceiling tiles made from an aqueous suspension of ingredients containing fibre filler, binder and chitosan, homogeneously dispersed in said aqueous suspension for interaction with ingredients of suspension to make ceiling tiles made from water suspension, structurally reinforced chitosan, at least interacting with said binder, as compared to ceiling tiles, produced in same way from same ingredients suspension, but without addition of chitosan at same time in terms of weight of solid substances, fibre contains 5-65 % of mineral wool, or 5-65 % glass fibre, or 0-25 % cellulose fibre; filler contains 15-70 % of pearlite, or 0-25 % clay, or 0-20 % of calcium carbonate; binder contains 3-12 % of corn starch or 0-5 % latex; and content of chitosan is 1-6 %. invention is developed in subclaims.EFFECT: technical result is reduction of energy consumption during drying.6 cl, 4 tbl |
