PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrotalcite composition having a specific crystal structure, coated by a specific sealing and trapping agent and capable of achieving long life, recycle and reuse by enhancing weather resistance without deteriorating heat resistance and economical efficiency while maintaining excellent physical properties of a resin composition, especially a chlorine-containing resin, a resin composition containing the composition and a molded body thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a hydrotalcite composition where a hydrotalcite compound represented by a chemical formula of following (a) and having crystallite size calculated by an X-ray diffraction result and Sherrer formula of 10 to 40 nm is coated by at neat one kind of sealing and trapping agent A selected from acid having acid dissociation constant of 1.5 to 3.5 and a salt thereof and at least one kind of sealing and trapping agent B selected from chelators having primary chelate stability constant to a magnesium ion of 6 or more, a resin composition containing the same and a molded body.
