PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device which can change in a multistage manner the pressure to be applied by an ultrasonic welding horn displaced with air pressure under high responsibility.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic welding device comprises an ultrasonic welding horn 15, and an anvil 16 which is arranged on the flow line of the ultrasonic welding horn 15, and welds a welding object 100 arranged on the anvil 16. The ultrasonic welding device comprises: an air pressure source 21 which feeds the compressed air; a pneumatic cylinder 11 which relatively moves the ultrasonic welding horn 15 to the anvil 16 with the pressure of the compressed air; a plurality of electropneumatic regulators 23, 24 which are provided on the respective branch paths branching from the air pressure source 21; a first direction switching valve 25 which switches between the electropneumatic regulators 23, 24 adjusting the pressure of the compressed air; and a control unit 12 which controls the set pressure of the electropneumatic regulators 23, 24 and the first direction switching valve 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
