PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operation of water discharge from an open-type sprinkler head and stopping of the water discharge therefrom without any need of an external power supply or control device.SOLUTION: A T-type joint 18 integrally includes a solenoid valve 30, a circuit storage part 42 including a control part and a power storage part, and a power generation part 26. Waterworks pipeline 10b includes the T-type joint 18 for each protection compartment and the open-type sprinkler head 20 is connected thereto. When heat due to a fire is detected by a thermosensitive part 40 provided on the sprinkler head 20, the control part controls the solenoid valve 30 to open and discharge water from the sprinkler head 20 and, when the thermosensitive part 40 does not detect the heat due to the fire during the water discharge, controls the solenoid valve 30 to close and to stop the water discharge. The power generation part 26 generates power by using a water current flowing inside the T-type joint 18 to store the power and supply the power to the respective part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
