PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery document which can enhance working property of a delivery work.SOLUTION: A pair of rectangular-shaped paper pieces 2, 3 equipped with plural document paper piece parts 11 to 14, which are continuous with one another by easy cutting-plane lines 6, are bonded to each other, the document paper pieces which are overlapped with one another in a thickness direction have a same shape, and the easy cutting-plane lines 6, which face one another in the thickness direction are coincident with one another. Further, two pieces of recipient documents are configured from a pair of document paper piece parts 11, 13 among the document paper piece parts overlapped in the thickness direction, and two pieces of documents for delivery work are configured from another pair of document paper piece parts 12, 14. According to the delivery document having such a configuration, workability of picking work can be enhanced and packing work can be so made as to be efficient, and consequently, a load of a work for delivery can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
