PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film having excellent adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A multilayer film has a resin layer A comprising thermoplastic resin a, and a resin layer B that is provided on at least one side of the resin layer A and is formed by curing a layer of coating liquid comprising polymer b with a glass-transition temperature of-50°C to 40°C and silane coupling agent.
