PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of directly reconstructing an image acquired by tomosynthesis even though geometric conversion is not applied to a cone beam CT image.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus for processing an image acquired by tomosynthesis photographing using a radiation source and a two-dimensional detector includes: acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of pieces of projection data output by the two-dimensional detector by tomosynthesis photographing; and reconstruction means for executing analytical reconstruction processing to acquire a tomographic image of a subject without converting the plurality of pieces of projection ata obtained by the tomosynthesis photographing into virtual projection data on a virtually set virtual CT detection surface so as to be perpendicular to the irradiation center direction of the radiation source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
