Disclosed is an application method of a communication terminal, the communication terminal being applied to a smart home system based on an Internet-of-things protocol. The application method comprises: an Internet-of-things protocol is implanted to a communication terminal; the communication terminal acquires first information from a device of a smart home system; and matching is performed on the first information and a preset information comparison table, so as to acquire second information matching with the first information, and further the second information is sent according to a preset mode. In this way, the communication terminal of the embodiment of the present invention is connected to an electrical device of a smart home system on the basis of an Internet-of-things protocol, thus the smart home system is realized by the communication terminal, to offer real-time information reporting for a remote user. In addition, the present invention features low implementation costs, wide coverage, and high degree of intelligence. |
