摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a molding product for a cutting tool using nanocomposite powder, comprising: a raw material mixing step of mixing a metal powder mixture; a pulverizing step of pulverizing the mixed mixture through the raw material mixing step to a nanosize; a compression molding step of compression-molding the mixture pulverized through the pulverizing step; a sintering step of sintering the molded product shaped through the compression molding step; and a coating step of coating a surface of the sintered molded product through the sintering step. The molding product for the cutting tool manufactured through the steps described above has a coating layer on a surface, wherein the coarsening of the nanocomposite powder particle comprising the molding product is suppressed at the compression molding step or the sintering step; thereby showing excellent mechanical properties.
