The present invention relates to a sensor, a chromatography device including the sensor, and a method for manufacturing the sensor, in which the sensor is capable of monitoring organic matter analysis with a digital value in chromatography for separating a mixture of at least two organic matters to analyze the mixture, by using a thin film transistor array manufactured by a roll-to-roll gravure printing process capable of mass production at low cost, instead of a thin film transistor manufactured through a semiconductor manufacturing process. The sensor according to the present invention is a sensor disposed at a column for chromatography to track separation of the organic matter. The sensor includes a substrate; and a thin film transistor array disposed on the substrate, including a gate layer, a dielectric layer, an active layer, an insulation layer, and a source/drain layer, and having an MN arrangement of thin film transistors prepared through a printing process. On a surface of the thin film transistor array, a passivation layer capable of protecting the thin film transistor array from an organic matter for analysis is formed. |
