PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type construction machine capable of quickly warming up a power storage device, and improving a service life of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A hybrid type construction machine includes an engine 1, a motor for assisting power of the engine 1 and generating power, a power storage device 8 for supplying/receiving power to/from the motor, a warming-up circuit 25 for circulating exhaust heat of the engine 1 or the motor, or a warming medium heated by a heater 40 in the vicinity of the power storage device 8, a control device for controlling charging/discharging of the power storage device 8 and the circulation of the warming medium of the warming-up circuit 25, and an outside air temperature measurement device for measuring an outside air temperature. The control device implements a warming-up operation by the warming medium, determines whether charging/discharging of the power storage device 8 for a warming-up operation is to be implemented or not according to the outside air temperature measured by the outside air temperature measurement device, and executes a warming-up operation combined with the warming-up operation by the charging/discharging of the power storage device 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
