PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable resin composition that can give an optical transparent adhesive having excellent curability, having small shrinkage during curing, and having excellent transparency, adhesiveness to a substrate and flexibility of a cured product.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable resin composition is an ultraviolet-curable composition for an adhesive for bonding two or more substrates, and the resin composition comprises: a (meth)acryl polymer (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 1500 to 30000; a (meth)acrylate compound (B) having a (meth)acryl equivalent of 200 g/eq. or more and two or more acryloyl groups; and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The ultraviolet-curable resin composition preferably contains a methacrylate polymer (A) by 70 to 95 wt.%, a (meth)acylate compound by 10 to 30 wt.%, and the photopolymerization initiator (C) by 3 to 12 wt.% with respect to the whole composition. The ultraviolet-curable resin composition further preferably shows a curing shrinkage of 3.0% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
