<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily treating vegetable wastes through solving problems having been difficult to address by conventional technologies including vegetable waste treatment cost, energy-related problems, environmental problems and the time necessary for such treatment. SOLUTION: The objective vegetable fiber degrading agent comprises no microorganism but comprises a microorganism-derived polysaccharide splitting enzyme. The other objective method for treating vegetable wastes involves making the above agent act on the wastes.</p> |
