PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device which has stable signal recording/ reproducing characteristics by correcting and controlling a relative deviation quantity (tilt quantity) between a lens bobbin and the optical axis of incident light by detecting the above relative deviation quantity and controlling driving of four focus coils provided in the lens bobbin. SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device, a light reflecting part 36 which reflects light of the peripheral part and makes the central part of the luminous flux of laser beams pass through is provided in the lens bobbin, reflected light from the optical disk is detected by a first photodetector 48 and also reflected light from the light reflecting part is detected by a second photodetector 52, and driving of four focus coils provided in the lens bobbin is controlled by a tilt error signal obtained by the second photodetector. Thus, the stable signal recording/reproducing characteristics are obtained by correcting and controlling the relative deviation quantity. |
