<p>The brake trolley is for a powered train of wagons travelling on a monorail suspension track running-rail, in a mine. Its clamping mechanism has clamping shoes working against the I-shaped rail. These are automatically engaging clamping shoes (3), mounted in pairs on both sides of the running-rail (2), and/or in alternating mountings one behind the other, so as to swivel about vertical and/or horizontal bearing axes (4). Their angle of engagement when pressed against the I-stem (5) and/or one of the I-flanges (6) is less than 90 deg. in the direction of travel.</p> |
