PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service method to enable an optional person to perform personal authentication at any time and any place by using a portable telephone. SOLUTION: The opposite party is made to confirm that he/she is a user of the portable telephone by steps (S1, S2) to previously read and register at least one document to certificate a name, an address and the data of birth of an individual who uses the portable telephone in a server together with a facial portrait of the individual user of the portable telephone, by calling the registration contents in the server from the portable telephone (S11, S12), displaying the facial portrait and the document on a display part of the portable telephone (S13) and presenting them to the opposite party (S14) when necessity for the user of the portable telephone to perform the personal authentication to the opposite party occurs. |
