发明名称 FUEL INJECTION RATIO CONTROL DEVICE OF DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve control accuracy of injection ratio and to reduce noise and vibration by controlling the deviation of an actual injection timing and an objective injection timing of an injection nozzle so that the deviation becomes smaller in idle rotating number controlling. CONSTITUTION:An injection pressure control valve 70 is provided on a high pressure fuel passage from a fuel injection pump 5 to an injection nozzle 20. Then maximum injection pressure can be controlled and fuel injection ratio can freely be changed by changing current flowing in a coil according to the running condition of the engine. And in idling and low load time, current to be flowed in a control valve 70 is made smaller to overflow a portion a portion of fuel to the low pressure side, and injection maximum pressure is lowered to drop injection ratio. And according to a deviation of injection timing by an actual injection timing detector 21 provided with a nozzle 20 and objective injection timing, current of an injection pressure control valve 70 is controlled to regulate relief pressure so as the make the deviation smaller. Therefore, control accuracy of injection ratio is improved and noise and vibration are reduced.
