A headed screw terminal connection is intended to be improved with respect to the convenience and reliability of the clamping, and in terms of saving material. For this purpose, the flattened ends of the contact pins in the plug or the housing parts in the immediate vicinity of the flattened ends are provided with an insertion surface which is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the pins in the tightening rotation direction of the headed screws and is essentially at right angles to the flat ends.
