PURPOSE:To realize the fine shift control of a mouse by adding a differentiating circuit between a shift value detecting part and a cursor control part. CONSTITUTION:A shift value detecting part 1 sends the value (x) proportional to the mouse shift value to a differentiating circuit 2. The circuit 2 converts the value (x) into the shift value DELTAx/DELTAt per unit time and outputs it to a cursor control part 3. The part 3 moves a cursor by an amount proportional to the output DELTAx/DELTAt. Thus the moving speed of the cursor can be controlled by the moving speed of a mouse. Then the fine shift control is possible with the mouse.
