PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a composition which is excellent in curability with a reactive diluent or the like, and can give a film excellent in weathering resistance, by using a solvent-soluble fluoropolymer having an unsaturated carbon group-terminated high-MW group as a side chain. CONSTITUTION:This actinic radiation-curable composition contains a solvent- soluble fluoropolymer having an unsaturated carbon group-terminated group of an MW >=250 as a side chain. A said fluoropolymer, a copolymer of a fluoroolefin with another copolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated compound is desirable. Said solvent-soluble fluoropolymer can be formed by, for example, the following method. Namely, a compound having an isocyanate group at one end, a polyester chain, a polyether chain, a long-chain alkylene group or the like in an intermediate part and a (meth)acryloyl group at the other end is reacted with a fluoropolymer having hydroxyl or carboxyl groups.
