发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FRP COMPONENT WITH HOLLOW FRAME
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the content of fibers around a hollow molded product and enhance strength by molding a molded product while pressing reaction curing resin injected into a fiber layer and a mold placed on the surface of the hollow molded product by means of an inner peripheral surface of a mold and the surface of the hollow molded product expanded by hot air. CONSTITUTION:A proper quantity of an auxiliary accelator is applied on the outer peripheral section of a high density polyethylene hollow component 3, and the hollow component 3 is mounted on a core mold 4 in the manufacturing process of a box-type frame 1. Next, preforms 17 constituted of mat-shaped glass fibers as reinforcing materials are disposed between the core mold 4, respective cores 9 and the hollow component 3 and on the outer peripheral sections of the core mold 4, respective cores 9 and the hollow component 3. Then, a cavity mold 5 is set in the core mold 4 and reaction curing resin R is injected and filled in said spaces. Next, injected reaction curing resin R is reacted and formed while pressurized hot air heated by an air pump P is fed into air lines in front and rear and circulated. At that time, as a tube-shaped section 3a of the hollow component 3 is softened and expanded by the pressure of pressurized hot air, uncured resin R around the tube-shaped section 3a is pressed to discharge surplus resin and cured.
