PURPOSE:To prevent formation of a colored layer on a lead pattern by previously covering the lead pattern with a light transparent insulating film pattern, then forming the colored layer by a high-polymer electrodeposition method. CONSTITUTION:The transparent conductive film patterns consisting of pixel patterns 1a, 1b and the lead pattern 2 are formed, the light transparent insulating film pattern 4 covering the lead pattern 2 is formed the gap part of the pixel patterns 1a, 1b and the colored layers 5a, 5b are formed by the high- polymer electrodeposition method on the pixel patterns. After a coloring or colored curable resin 6 is coated over the entire surfaces of the transparent insulating film pattern 4 and the colored layers 5a, 5b, the resin is subjected to an exposing treatment from the rear face of the transparent insulating substrate 3 to cure the colorable or colored curable resin 6 in the spacings between the colored layers 5a, 5b on the pixel patterns 1a, 1b. The uncured resin is thereafter removed and a light shieldable film pattern 8 consisting of a colored curing resin is formed on the light transparent insulating film pattern 4 covering the lead pattern 2 between the pixel patterns 1a, 1b. The formation of the colored layer on the lead pattern 2 is thereby prevented. |
