PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a product having strong points characteristic of two kinds of antiseptic acids at the same time, especially a product having storage stability capable of enduring relatively long transport time and storage time, or bad storage conditions without losing antiseptic activity, and further easily usable in a food or related industry. SOLUTION: A calcium double salt of organic (antiseptic) acids expressed by formula I: Ca(R1)(R2) (wherein, R1 and R2 are each OOCR3 but different from each other; and R3 is a saturated, mono-unsaturated or poly-unsaturated 1-5C alkyl or 1-5C hydroxyalkyl, or phenyl). |
