发明名称 OPTICAL SHAPING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To control scanning speed of laser and improve the molding accuracy in an apparatus for molding a three-dimensional solid by applying laser to a photosetting fluid substance. CONSTITUTION:A self-standing tank 70 is provided inside of a base 20, and a photosetting fluid substance 100 is filled in the tank 70. A stable 80 in the tank is controlled in the direction of a Z axis. A head 50 controlled along the X-axis and Y-axis is equipped with a laser irradiation device 60, and laser beams from a laser oscillator 210 are applied into the tank. When electrification is conducted to the laser oscillator, the electrification time is measured by a timer and then delivered to an arithmetic processing unit 250 together with the ambient temperature of the laser oscillator 210. The arithmetic processing unit acts to predict the laser output from these data so as to determine the scanning speed. The actual laser output is measured by means of an optical sensor 400 for correcting the predicted output, thus the accuracy is improved.
