<p>A vector which contains at least a first consensus sequence which is, in the first three nucleotides and at least in a total of 10 nucleotides, homologous with the sequence CTC@ GAGACCAA and at least a second consensus sequence which is, either in nucleotide 6, 8, 9 and 10 and in at least 9 nucleotides, homologous with the sequence TTTA@ ATTTTC, or in at least 10 nucleotides homologous with the sequence TATGATAATGAG, or homologous with the sequence TGG(N)6-7GCCAA and contains an inefficient selection system, is prepared as described. <??>Vectors of this type can be amplified quickly, can be transferred universally into mammalian cells and are free of viral origin sequences. </p> |
