ENERGY SUPPLYING SYSTEM IN MICROMACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an energy supplying system in micro-machines which can stably supply a constant amount of energy. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted of a micromachine unit 1 which travels in a pipe 9 by itself and energy supplying unit 2 which moves along the external surface of the pipe 9 following the unit 1. The unit 2 is provided with a power source 23, and an ultrasonic-wave transmitting piece 25 which is driven by the power source 23 and transmits ultrasonic waves to the unit 1 as energy rays. The unit 1 is provided with an ultrasonic-wave receiving piece 18 which receives the ultrasonic waves transmitted from the unit 2 and supplies the received ultrasonic waves to the driving system or operating system of the micromachine unit itself after converting the ultrasonic waves into electric power.
