PURPOSE: A spoon with a lighting function is provided in which light is turned on or off on a handle part of the spoon when eating food, and an emblem such as character, figure or letter is represented on the handle part so that infants or children are interested in having a meal. CONSTITUTION: In a spoon with a lighting function having an ordinary spoon shape in which a head part(10) for scooping up or forking up food, a body part(20) one end of which is extended from the end part of the head part(10) and a handle part(30) one end of which is connected to the other end of the body part(20) so that a user holds the handle part(30) are sequentially connected in a straight line, the spoon is characterized in that the head part(10) and body part(20) are made of a conductive material capable of transmitting electricity, the handle part(30) is made of a light penetrating material into which light can be penetrated, a certain space(31) in which a circuit part(40) is rested is formed inside the handle part(30) so that a plurality of lighting means adhered onto the circuit part(40) are turned on in case that electricity flows through the head part(10) and body part(20), wherein an emblem(P) is displayed on one side surface or front surface of the handle part(30) to induce interest of infants or children, a solar battery(42) is used in the circuit part(40) as a driving power source thereof, and the body part(20) and circuit part(40) are connected in the handle part(30) by a plate spring(43).
