PURPOSE:To provide a roll controller which keeps the operation without stopping and can be moved to an equal rotation control smoothly by controlling a decentered position of a reference and a correction roll. CONSTITUTION:Roll controllers 9, 10 control decentered positions of two nip rolls, a reference roll 1 and a correction roll 2, in the final stage of a roller which forms resin into the form of a sheet due to a position signal difference between roll detection detectors 3, 4 and then control the rolls so that the decentered positions may be synchronous and the rolls may rotate equally. The roll controllers 9, 10 are provided with a correction signal limiting circuit 13 which gradually changes a deviation signal due to the position signal difference between the two roll position detectors 3, 4 and a zero-level detector 14 which detects a zero level of the position signal difference and outputs a signal which bypasses the correction signal limiting circuit 13. Therefore, the calender roller can be moved to an equal rotation control smoothly without shutting down. |
