<p>PURPOSE:To make an an air bag developed in an early stage by reducing an area where a vent hole and an opening are overlapped with each other when a base fabric and a sheet is made large in length by a first and a second means. CONSTITUTION:An opening 11 is provided for one side of a sheet 6, which is overlapped with a vent hole 5, a first means is provided for one side of the vent hole 5 out of an air bag base fabric 8, where the vent hole 5 is made large in length in its crossing direction in the base fabric 8 by the means when tension is applied to the base fabric 8 exceeds a specified value. And a second means is also provided for the other side of the sheet 6 while the opening 11 is held, where the opening is made large in length in the crossing direction in the sheet 6 when tension is applied to the sheet 6 exceeds a specified value. And when the base fabric 8 and the sheet 6 are increased in length by the first and second means, and an area where the vent hole 5 and the opening 11 are overlapped with each other, is made small. Therefore, the air bag can thereby be developed in an early stage.</p> |
