PURPOSE: To reduce the force in pressing a plug-in closure unit into a potential opening part. CONSTITUTION: A container provided with a potential opening part and a plug-in closure unit to be fitted to the potential opening part are provided. The plug-in closure unit is provided with a spout member 2 having a spout, and a closure member 1 which is connected to the spout member 2 in an opening/closing manner through a hinge 11 and has an opening lip 12. The spout member 2 is provided with an inner side retaining means with an inner side retaining surface C which is extended outward at two positions on the hinge 11 side and the opening lip 12 side inside a neck part and the container to be closely attached to a container wall 3 when the plug-in closure unit is inserted in the potential opening part to retain the container wall 3, and an outer side retaining means having an outer side retaining surface C' to retain the container wall 3 outside the container.
