PURPOSE:To provide a positive temperature characteristic thermistor device which has a high heat generating efficiency due to its short heat-conducting route, has high reliability and safety, and can be used as a mosquito killing liquid device. CONSTITUTION:A positive temperature characteristic thermistor device is constituted of a PTC element 2 held between paired feeding terminals 1a and 1b, heat radiating plate 3 composed of a cylindrical heat generating section and a pair of plate sections 5, and insulating case 6 and the device is housed in the insulating case 6 while the element 2 is held between the terminals 1a and 1b between the plate sections 5. At the same time, the case 6 is filled with an insulating resin and the plate sections 5 are electrically connected to the terminals 1a and 1b, respectively. |
