PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a necessity of installing a rapid breaker and make it possible to go back to a system linkage mode operation immediately after an abnormality is settled in a specified short time by installing a specified inverter device, a specified driving circuit, and a specified inverter start-up stopping means. SOLUTION: When it is detected that a system voltage dropped state is canceled within a specified time, a provisional defect is reset and then an inverter 2 is restarted to restart operation for continuing system linkage operation. To be more specific, enable signals from an abnormality detecting circuit 23 stop and then switches SW1, SW2 are closed and then a gate pulse is supplied to the inverter 2 and a chopper 12. In this case, an inverter PWM converting circuit B keeps making a gate pulse required for system linkage operation even in a provisional defective state, so operation can be restarted smoothly. If the abnormality is not a system voltage drop and the abnormality continues for a specified period of time, the provisional defect is reset and operation is retried. |
