Disclosed is a preparation method for food stuff by extruding, wherein the food substance is lead in, mixed and cooked in the first part of the double-screwed extruder, whilst the cooking of the mixture is realised in the cooker connected parallely to the first section and to the second section of the double-screwed extruder, dynamically separated from the first section is elongated and cooked mixture is re-loaded to the second section, mixture is extruded by passing through the extruding form and extruded product is cut off.
