PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image composing technique for composing image data differed in synchronous frequency without using an exclusive memory. SOLUTION: An image composing device 100 has a line data output circuit 3a for outputting line data for scanning lines constituting a first frame image displayed according to a first synchronous signal VSYNC non-synchronously with the first synchronous signal, and synchronous regulating circuits 5, 6 for storing the line data outputted from the line data output circuit 3a and outputting the stored line data according to a second synchronous signal PSYNC non-synchronous with the first synchronous signal. A decoded image such as MPEG data can be converted into an image data having a synchronous frequency composable with a computer image without using a frame memory. |
