PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit for driving flat display device which offers mutual intersections between large-current-flowing wires minimized as much as possible, downsized chips and reduced cost in the output circuit which controls and drives the scanner electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode section 80 which constitutes the output terminal 72 of an output circuit 60 is disposed between the discharging diode 68 and the charging diode. No large current wires intersect the wire 98 connected in common to the electrode section 80 in the segment between these diodes, 68 and 70. Since the wire 94 to the Y-side common driver which is connected with the diode 68 between the electrode 80 and the scriber line 82 has no intersection, a wire of two-layer wiring layer can be used for this wire 94. By disposing a two-layer wire 94a on top of the one-layer wire 94, room is given in the thickness of wiring and wiring width is reduced. |
